On tap at the Eccentric Cafe on April 11, 2009.
A: Light amber orange barely transparent. Decent head with good lacing.
S: Very hoppy with some freuits. More citrus than pine. Mildly floral.
T: More pine in the taste than in the nose. Quite hoppy and delicious.
M: Medium mouthfeel and slight alcohol warmth. Chewy.
D: A very "sessionable" ipa in the same line with 60 Minute IPA. Delicious.

On tap at the Eccentric Cafe. I was told by the bartender that they were "working on some hop ratios."
A- A nice golden color with a thin white head. Doesn't really have much meat on its bones, but the head does leave some decent lacing.
S- Kind of reminds me of a dialed down Hopslam. Pretty fruity with an emphasis on mango and pineapple. There is no alcohol punch here.
T- Same as the aroma. The fruitiness is not too sweet and the malt backing is pretty decent.
M- Clean and crisp with the right amount of carbonation.
D- The 8% isn't noticeable, and this is not your typical bitter IPA. I really enjoyed the fruity aspect to this. I would love to see this become a regular, at least on a rotating tap.

On-tap at the Eccentric Cafe
Pours a rich golden orange color with lots of white foam on top.
Smell is all hops, fruity and thick with a bit of honey.
Taste is very hoppy and sweet, but also rather subtle and extremely well-balanced. Super tasty and just the right combination of extreme and easy-to-drink.
Mouthfeel is great, thicker than other IPAs but not too much for the sweetness.
Drinkability is outstanding, even considering the sizable abv and strong flavors.
Overall, big Hopslam flavors with the balance and drinkability of a Two Hearted. A great combo.
