I didn’t realize this was a session beer, but the ABV places it in that sweet spot for drinkability and repeatability.
Pours with a slight haze and generous foam. Bright aroma, with some of the high notes from pineapple juice standing out. Juicy, sharply so, with a quick drop-off.

From a 12oz can:
Appearance: Clear yellow, ok head.
Smell: Dry citrus pith.
Taste: Mild sweetness, then moderate citrus with a sugary candy note. Light bodied.
Overall: Beer #1 from the Bell's IPA mix pack. I wanted some easier drinking hoppy beers so gave these a try. Juicy Gossip is fine, hoppy but pretty balanced, enough body to not just be hop water.

12 ounce can in a tulip IPA glass. It’s fresh.
Clean and yellow gold tinted clear look. Active bubbles, billowing white cap, 2-plus F. The drop leads to a sudsy film and soapy lacing.
Light fruit juice soaked biscuit aroma. Some grassy and floral scents.
I pick up mostly mandarin orange flavor. Light malt and mild tropical fruits, too, but not much.
It’s light and dry. Nice carbonation. Hints of hop bitterness front and back.
The aroma and juice are subtle. Overall, it fits its bill.

Poured into a grip shaped goblet: color is straw, hazy but not dense, head is off white with fine bubbles, head presents 2 fingers thick, very frothy with fine to medium bubbles, head laces the glass sides.
Aroma is crisp, lemony, bright floral notes, this is aged but it has held aroma well, malt is backing with biscuit and bread.
Taste is quite flavorful at 4.7% abv - crisp, lighter citrus, more lemon than orange, floral hoppy notes, light tropical notes, barley malt notes of biscuit and bread.
Mouthfeel is low/moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness, drying bite on the tongue.
Overall - this beer has held up well - package date of 3/5/21 - but still a bright aroma and hoppy/malty taste, maybe a bit dry and biting in the bitterness but the base beer is flavorful and tastes bigger than a lighter session ale.
