Rind Over Matter is a bright and refreshing American Wheat Ale, brewed with fresh lemon and orange zest, and a 5% ABV. It is easy-drinking, aromatic, and has a lighter malt profile than Oberon that allows those citrus notes to really shine. It will be available through October, while supplies last.

Decent beer overall. The flavor was more of lemon with orange rind without the sourness. This wasn't my favorite from Bells, but I had this overall and it's a really decent light beer that I had a couple of years ago.

Another selection from the 1/2 session of March Madness 2022. I knew we would need cutters. This was one of them.
Pours a hazy yellow color, looks shocktopesque. Its like diluted beer appearance. Aroma yields a bouquet of citrus fruit, like the actual fruit, not the hops that smell like the fruit. Just throw them oranges and lemons in the grinder bro. Wheat if you can find it. If you make a homebrew wheat beer for your old lady, I hope she says you make her "wheat" bro.
The taste is like a shandy, but with more bitterness to keep it leaning to the beer side. It wasn't horrible or anything, it is one of those line straddlers that doesn't really jive w my senses. Lots of citrus, definitely something I would recommend if you had scurvy. Its a high degree of carbonation for the style. I let it sit for a bit, but really didn't change much aside from not being that lemon live alka seltzer vibe.

12 oz can at Crab du Jour in Greenville SC. 2021 date stamped on the bottom it but seems plenty fresh and has likely been refrigerated most of the time.
Appearance. Hazy golden body with a nice, fairly dense white head.
This is a crisp, citrusly wheat ale with excellent balance in the flavor. It does have a bit more lemon than orange (rind) but both are pre
sent.
Mouthfeel. Lively carbonation in a medium-light body

Look: Pours a golden orange yellow with a thin 1/4'' head of foam. Leaves no lacing.
Aroma: Anemic. I'm getting almost nothing. Very mild lemon and orange.
Taste: Upfront there's a malty, lightly toasted wheat bran flavor with some tart notes of bitter lemon peel. There's a nilla wafer flavor midpalate, before fading out into flavors of orange peel. Spices are downplayed here - the focus is on the wheat which I appreciate.
Feel: Light for the style; moderately carbonated however. Not thick or overtly spiced. Sugar is kept in check by the dryness of the citrus peel.
Overall: Decent, I enjoyed it. To be honest though; the flavor is very mild and basic.

Lightly hazed yellow body under a small head and light lacing. More lemon than orange in the aroma though you will still be able to easily identify the orange. Crisp, wheaty, slightly tart taste. Medium-to-light bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel, Pleasant but unremarkable.
