Poured from 12oz bottle into my Bell's tulip. Bottled 4/13/22, this is one of their "That's The Idea" series.

Appearance: clear golden hue with no haze and a thick finger of frothy ivory foam atop. Very convincing as a WCIPA.

Smell: sweet and toasty malt with a rather floral hop aroma, yielding a little bit of a soapy character. Reminds me of a pale ale.

Taste: sweet and malty with a grassy and floral hop character. Bitterness is low at first but really builds at the end. Not too bad.

Mouthfeel: medium body with a big carbonation and a good creaminess for the style.

Overall: a decent WCIPA, though it doesn't really blow me away.
