I had this beer on-tap at Bell's Eccentric Café in a straight-sided glass. It is their 2022 Women's International Brew!
Appearance: medium golden hue with a bit of haze and a thin layer of white foam. A good looking tripel.
Smell: sweet malt with soft pear and apple aromas; light but compelling.
Taste: quite sweet with more of those orchard flavors, but also bordering on treacly. Bitterness is good, but there's a bit of an edge here.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess; I like a bit more fluffiness in my tripels, though.
Overall: a pretty decent tripel; I like the subtle aroma but the flavor is just a little rough around the edges.
