Eccentric Cafe exclusive.
This pours on the slightly hazy side with a generous cap of foam that quickly disappeared. Plug of yeast remains in the bottle, less than three weeks out.
The nose is muddled, vaguely reminiscent of lime sherbet, melted and pooled in the bowl. The sip is likewise all midrange, lacking any highs or lows to give it some definition. It’s not often I find a beer from Bell's to be such a disappointment.
