Black in color with no light penetration and no discernible head. The aroma is of vanilla, lactose, and cocoa. I’m tasting bourbon, vanilla, oatmeal, cocoa, plum, and alcohol. As it warms I taste tiramisu. The mouth is sticky and warm with alcohol.

Bottle pour is thin, but no light is sneaking through the edges and a light ring of foam sits atop the beer. Nose is decadent, cocoa and vanilla with a hint of barrel. Flavor is not as potent, with a hefty amount of bourbon. Finish is lingering heat and not much cake.
