I had to do a double take, hoppy plus brown PLUS IPA? Somehow it all comes together, without a nice rug. (Although I'm not entirely sure where to place it.)
Pours a warm ruby tan. The nose is hop forward, as is the sip, but the lingering caramel malt sweetness emerges on the back. It works for me.
