Mercury, the Belgian blonde from the Planets series, aged in Sauternes barrels. It’s almost unfair to compare this to any other blonde ale, as it is worlds apart.
Pours a murky straw gold. The aroma speaks to the barrel character, with a subdued ester and more of a bright straw character. The sip is tart, with a straw and berry notes.
