German hop IPA with Polaris, Tettnang, h-something. Hersbrucker?
This pours like the finest of west coast IPAs. There’s a light aroma but—surprise!—a strongly pronounced drying hop character, with a long lingering finish. I loved it. You might too. ¡Prost!
