Pours a dark black-brown with a plummy tint, perhaps?
This works, surprisingly! The plum gives a light hint of a jammy note but nothing too overpowering or present. There’s a Cascadian dark ale winning combo of wintery (piney grapefruit) hops and maybe more of a drying finish than expected.
