On tap at the Eccentric Cafe. Served in 12oz footed pilsner glass.
Pour: Completely clear orange with two fingers of white head. Head dissolves to a ring and leaves mild lacing throughout the glass.
Smell: Lots of tropical hops aromas, characterized with mango, tangelo, and some grapefruit. A touch of doughy malt.
Taste: Not as tropical as the nose... some grapefruit, tangerine, and floral aspects. A light dank aspect. Some white pepper. A nice doughy sweetness, and a touch of caramel. Finishes lightly bitter
Mouthfeel: Really nice and light. Quite sessionable. Not particularly bitter.
Overall: A nice Pale Ale from Bell's I enjoyed this hop... curious to see what comes of it.
