Draft pint at the brewery.
Light amber gold color, thin layer of foam that breaks on the surface. Suds cling around the edge, minor lacing. Aroma is lightly citric with a slight note of sulfur. Seems like mainly lacto, not really funky enough to be Brett. Clean tart taste, a little lemon and crabapple. Crisp and light bodied with ample carbonation. Pretty easy drinking on a summer day, a fairly simple sour ale.
