Bottle I brought to share at Oneinchaway's tasting.
Pours a clear honey orange with a foamy bone head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace slowly drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is of malt, honey, and citrus zest aromas. Taste is much the same with sweet malt and citrus flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer that is drinkable but boring for the style in my opinion.

Pours an orange to amber color with a huge head of rocky white foam. As the head subsides it leaves thick lacing on the sides of the glass. The aroma is pale malt, hemp and citrusy hops. The first quaff delivers flavors of orange, mango and a bit of pineapple. Citrus flavors give way to a blast of bitter orange peel, which wrestles with the caramel malt backbone for dominance. Bitterness wins out in the end,and the beer finishes dry with a nice, lingering, bitter aftertaste. The beer is full bodied with a slick, viscous feel, almost in DIPA territory here. Overall a decent offering from a new local brewery.
