Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is really rustic with nice floral/grassy year esters. Taste is also really floral with some nice farmhouse notes. Medium body with high effervescence. Really nice, rustic Belgian ale.

Naparbier S. Coop. "Oneka"
33 cl brown glass bottle, "Best Before 20/08/16"
Appearance: Clear yellowed gold beneath a short head of bright white that disappears all too quickly. Unfortunately, without a head the lacing suffers immediately, although it doesn't seem to want to stick anyway.
Aroma: Phenolic with a medicinal and/or plastic note that reminds me somewhat of new carpet, but also mildly mineralish, 'chalky' like fruit pith, and lightly fruity/malty.
Flavor: Fruity with orange/tangerine, apricot, and subtle hints of lemon zest. The malt is delicately sweetish, and balanced by a moderate bitterness, a limited bit of cedar-like spiciness, and a sublime spritz of acidity.
Overall: Really nicely balanced and fairly unique. The appearance is a little disappointing, and the aroma actually somewhat off-putting, but the flavor redeems all of that. In the end it's quite charming, easy to drink, and even memorable. Certainly worth trying.

Honest, well made, balanced (unlike the label), a good beer to enjoy an afternoon with friends. Napabier beers tend to be of good quality, surprising for their professionalism and good job.

From Zombier. In La Trappe Chalice. Watching "Game of Thrones 5x02" Another great creation of Napar. I think I would never get tired of it. Very balanced and nice aroma. Color a bit more transparent than desiderable. Avg 4.84.
12 May 2017. New label. From Decervecitas. In Teku glass. Removing beer labels. They nailed the style.Perfectly belgian blonde just what i expected, without an excessive sugaryness and a dry herbal/pear/apple profile
