Jan. 2019: 330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7.8%. Hazy deep golden colour, moderate white head. Pleasant aroma of sherry barrel / oak, raisins and other dark dried fruits. Sour flavour with notes of lactic acid and sherry barrel / oak, hints of sour plums. Very moderate hops.

Bottle in Las Buenas Pulgas. Pours a deep golden colour, small head with short retention and some lace. Aroma is tartia, nutty, amontillado, grapes, chocolate. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Acid finish. Taste is very acid, salty, hard too keep the beer in the toque for too long. Amontillado, nuts, chocolate. Very strange and complex, but great, even not being an Easy drink.

From Decervecitas. In Teku glass. Playing Avernum 3. Fine but boring. Didnt find much sourness, just light notes, and no trace of wine nor barreling, just some bubblegum
