Copenhagen 3/8 2019. 44 cl can from Best of Beers Web-shop. Design looks like the cover of Pulp fiction paperback. Drawing of a blonde girl with three eyes holding a little devil in one hand.
Pours hazy, pale yellow with a medium-sized white head. Bubbly. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fruity, citric and with a light sweet streak. Acerbic, citric sour odor of Grape fruit, Lime and Citrus. Sour green Apples. Very light sweetness rummaging in the background.
Medium carbonation. Thin, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a strong acerbic, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Not bad - but a bit on the aggressive and unbalanced side.

De Decervecitas. En copa Teku. Jugando a Los Pilares de la Tierra. Mas equilibrada que la anterior fanatic, con el amargor menos intenso, mas suave en el paladar. Rica aunque le falta algo que sobresalga
