Copenhagen 13/7 2019. 44 cl can from Best of Beers Web-shop. Metal can with some adhesive sticker. Very Craft-like. Drawing of a Grumpy Devil Face up close and personal on the can.
Pours hazy, milky, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense, fruity and fermented. Sweet peach and melon. Slightly fermented. Sharp almost harsh citric notes. Grape fruit and Citrus.
Light carbonation. Quite thick, soft, fat, slightly viscous texture.
Flavor has a strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter sweet with the sweetness coming out on top. Lingers for a while. Light citric, boozy burn.
They call it a TIPA but the ABV can hardly justify that. But a nice boozy Rambler with good bitterness and a firm malt base.

Very hazy yellow body with a one finge head
Elderflower, pineapple and vanilla on the nose
The taste is unbalanced with weird yeastie notes. Is that vermont yeast stressed enough?
The mounthfeel is moderatly juicy
Not memorable triple ipa

De Decervecitas. En copa Teku. Viendo Animales Peligrosos y Donde encontrarlos. Alcohol muy oculto en nariz y boca. Aromatica y con rico sabor a lupulo citrico. Sin embargo, en feel si que se nota el abv. Marea bastante
