Copenhagen 7/7 2019. 44 cl can from Best of Beers Web-shop. Naturally a Sunrise over a mountainous horizon on the can - with some strange geometric lines.
Pours hazy, pale yellow with a very big white head. Settles as fat lump of foam drifting majestically around. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense and citric sour. Light sweetness of Peach, ripe Pear and Passion Fruit. Lemon and Citrus notes. Fresh.
Medium carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, lively texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a slightly more moderate citric bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and bitter with a lighter sweet undercurrent. Lingers for short while.
A fine take on a refreshing summer-beer. Fresh and easily consumed and forgotten. But nice while it last.
