Copenhagen 16/2 2022. 44 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. A mans head in profile with his skull separated in different parts in different clear colors.
Pours unclear - almost hazy. golden yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as a several centimeters thick crown of foam covering the surface of there glass completely. Massive lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense and dampened by the massive amount of foam. Some pale sweet malts, citrus and lemon, freshly cut grass.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, tingling yet soft texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong malty sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit citric. Lingers for bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Pretty fresh and appropriately bitter Pilsener.

De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Estudiando. No está mal, pero presenta un exceso de amargor y de notas herbales/vegetales y se echa en falta mayor presencia de la malta
