Copenhagen 19/2 2022. 44 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Green can with helmeted guy in a rope tumbling to his death.
Pours opaque, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet candy like scent mingling with tropical fruit. Subtle citric notes. Strawberry ice cream, mango and peach.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a notable bitter undertone, Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Fairly intense dip into the Milkshake pool.
