Served in a goblet from the can which I picked up at Distopia (Cádiz, Spain) the other day.
Appearance: Yellow hazy gold but not coming off opaque like most current IPAs. Whit eheaf which is subtle rose initially to one fingers length off the body from the initial pour.
Snell: Pils malt aroma. Dissipates quickly once it enters the nose.
Taste: Malt and slightly bitter, resembles a west coast IPA with a touch of oatmeal. Leafy feel, think of it being a touch floral with a hint of lemon zest to the brew.
Mouth: Soft carbonation, sticky body...not favorite type of skinny.
Overall: Good brew. Borrows from both properties of West and NE style IPAs all in one. First one for a long night. Salud!
