Cerveza con una pequeña cabeza espumosa; de cuerpo y carbonatación ligera. Aroma cítrico y en menor medida, herbáceo. En boca es rica aunque algo seca y plana.

Overcarbonated. In Ikea's pilsner glass. Reading CPPHTP10 Ch16. Initial smell pretty good, but dissipates quickly and becomes a flat amateurish brew. BB Apr 2016. The high carbonation bothers when drinking.

Pours a crystal clear yellow with a very thin fast fading white head.
Nose is a simple light yeast - light lemon tone. Very light and non-assertive
Mouth feel is light and very thin.
Flavor profile is one dimensional and bit like a bitter lemon with green herbs.
Finish is all dull green herbs.

Look: Straw yellow with mild haziness; translucent. Pours with a rich creamy half-finger of head that dies down fast leaving a trace of foam on the surface of the beer.
Smell: Rich malty smell with some citrus (lemon) aroma.
Taste: Full malt flavor, some lemon, with a slightly dry bitter/tart finish. Nice. Very refreshing.
Feel: Kind of thin and watery, but what I would expect for a Pilsner.
Overall: I though that this was an excellent Pilsner. This would be extremely refreshing on a hot summer day. Nice flavor and smooth.

On-tap. ½ pt Pilsner glass. Enjoyed on agt´12. Foggy yellow appearance. White froth creates leaves lacing on sides a creates a lasting thin layer crown on top. Intense fresh yeast & floral hop aromas with hints of creamy soap & lavender. Tasting shows involving citric touch & ripe apricot hues. Smooth maltiness & dense palate. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Watery to oily texture. Clean & dry bitter finish resolves into a long aftertaste. Refreshing & satiating. Very easy drinkability. Highly above the medium average.
