750ml bottle. Champagne-like cork tap. Oversized wine glass. Enjoyed on jan´13. Pours dark amber in color headed by light beige foam. Fairly good retention crown. Alcohol, molasses, toasted malts, yeast & hints of chocolate with herbal notes to the nose. Unexpected bitter upfront rounded by burnt coffee hues. Full body. Soft carbonation. Bitter licorice in the middle. Clean long bitter finish resolves in a dry aftertaste. ABV incredibly well masked. Delicious & flavorful. That’s the way Naparbier works!!
