330ml bottle. Shaker glass. Amber color, clear appearance. White froth shows fairly good retention. Intense resiny & piney aroma, mild toasted hues. Smooth maltiness & increasing bitterness rounded by grapefruit & lemon zest notes. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Long bitter finish. Texture becomes slightly watery. Hints of grapefruit & brown sugar on the aftertaste.

"Starring Columbus, Simcoe, Topaz, Centennial, Citra, Mosaic, Cascade and Chinook"
Appearance: Pours a clear amber color with a modest head that leaves a few strands behind
Smell: Caramel and a tropical pot potpourri
Taste: Opens with a caramel base and adds citrus and tropical fruit flavors in the mid-palate; grows increasingly bitter, after the swallow, though all of the malt and hop flavors linger in the aftertaste
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A very nice IPA from a brewery that I have heard several people say is on the leading edge of the current Spanish craft brewing scene
