Copenhagen 19/9 2024. 50 cl bottle from Larsen Delikatesser, Bredgade, Herning. Kragelund's usual label design in black and gold with Kragelunds logo in the center in army green.
Pours unclear, golden amber with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly.Settles as a thin rim of foam running along the sides of the glass. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fruity and slightly sugary odor mingling with a subdued whiff of tart sour fruit. Sweet orange and white sugar. Hints of sweet banana.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a more moderate sourness. Aftertaste is tart with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is sweetish yet semi-dry.
Well balanced if a bit generic Weissbier.
