This IPA is a thirst quenching, flavorful, have a long lasting bitterness, IBU 68, ABV 6.80%. I should add that the bottle says that the beer will not be entirely consistent with respect to the hops from year to year.
Look: darka amber with a half inch fluffy white head
Aroma: citrus, grapefruit, pine, caramel
Flavor: The flavor is caramel, toasted bread, a little bit of citrus, orange, grapefruit, but mostly a piney (pine resin) bitterness that leaves a nice piney/floral aftertaste that stays a long time.
Body/Overall: light to medium body, very well balanced
