Pours a clear golden body with natural sediment floating, massive initial head! A real winner.
Aroma is good too, a nice citrus zing, but ultimately floral and hoppy!
Taste is another winning score, just a lovely balance of honey sweetness and sharp hops.
The feel is a touch effervescent, and the 8% abv can be tasted on the tongue, but still not bad by any stretch of the imagination.
Overall this is a quality brew, and needs a few more BA reviews to reflect....up there with the best of the Belgian Tripels.

First impressions, I took the lid off and it fizzed up everywhere and maybe a 6th of the glass is on my laptop.
Fab.
I am a big fan of Belgian natural brewed and unpasteurized beers, though this one is a bit too alive. And it was at least 4 hours since I carried it from my local Paris shop...
Looks pretty good. Better than my laptop...
It has that Duvelesque aroma, that I admit to liking.
Taste: Very good in fact.A bit more carbonated than Duvel, and more zingy. Apricot/peach dominates with a lemon aftertaste.
This would be great in the summer, chilled, in addition to being served at the standard Tripel 8 to 10 C.
Overall, this is great. I would have to compare it again with other similar Tripels to truly decide how good it is. Though unfortunately it's first impressions did not really hit off, it's lucky for it that there is no rating for explosiveness.
As a bonus, there is extra vitamin C on the ingredients. Fab!
Edit: I just saw that there is only one other review! Crazy, this is a really good beer and needs to be tasted by more people. Perhaps everyone else who tried it has no laptop to write their review...

A classic belgian tripel. It's what you could expect: mostly a big yeast flavor. It's a good beer but not a great beer. But it's really drinkable andyou can enjoy it quite easily

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
