Copenhagen 30/12 2018. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Alle, Frb. Blue and beige label giving a bit of info about Dry-hopping.
Pours unclear amber with medium-sized white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of frothy foam. Hanging on to side of the glass. Massive Lacing.
Aroma is fruity and very Belgian at the same time. Sweet exotic fruit, caramel with strong notes of humid basement and cardboard.
Soft carbonation. Slightly thick, creamy, Soft texture.
Flavor has strong sweetness but is followed by and balanced by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and Lingering. Semi-dry finish.
Well balanced Belgian IPA oozing of basement and fruit. Good one.

Clear golden color with light beige head. Aroma has grassy, spicy and earthy notes. Taste starts bitter upfront and grows even more towards the finish. There are also some peppery yeast notes but the harsh bitterness overwhelms everything. Medium body with medium minus carbonation, feels quite soft on the palate. It's not bad by any means but it lacks some complexity.
