There are allegations that this beer is in fact the st feuillien blonde, but the ABV is different and thus AFAIK this is thus not the same beer...or maybe the brewery is being tricky.
Pours huge white head in a chimay chalice, very floral hoppy smell, certainly reminds me of the brewery's other products. Some sediment got into the glass on initial pour. Lots of carbonation.
Tasty beer, a little malty with the almost fruity floral notes mixed in, a good balance and unusual for the style to be this malty. Pleasant enough and quite refreshing. Finishes with a mild bitterness. I cannot even feel the 7%.
Perfectly pleasant beer. Like most of this brewery's products, well worth trying.
