No bottling date but this is the first bottled batch released just a few weeks ago.
A: Pours a very light, very cloud pale...orange? Looks like the world's lightest witbier. Decent sized but light and foamy head. Head lightens even further and disappears fairly quickly. No sign of lacing but decent retention.
S: Welp, hoppy it is. Lots of tropical fruits. Lots of orange juice in fact. Swear I even get peaches in there, or is it apricots? I always get those mixed up. Nice strong, juicy aroma.
T: More big hoppiness. Lots of orange juice, tropical fruits and some spiciness in there now. Almost no malt base. Like, there's hops up front, then in the finish there's a little wave of bitterness and drying hops but in between there's almost nothing. Maybe the slightest bit of diluted saltines if I really look for. To be expected with a big hoppy 2.8% beer of course.
M: Thin, of course. It's like drinking hoppy water. A not altogether bad experience at all, but a unique one for sure.
O: Very interesting beer. A hoppy table beer. Might be the first I've had. As mentioned above, it goes down like hoppy water which puts the drinkability off the scale. Best "light" beer I've ever had - by a mile. By ten miles.

Dark gold color and clear. Small but lasting head. Large chunky spots.
Great blend of floral/grapefruit hop and lightly toasted malt. Attractive.
Starts with an earthy malt flavor. The finish is hoppy in only a bittering way. Decent body and a low carbonation level.

ACBF pour
A-Pours a pale orange, maybe closer to yellow. Thin white head.
S-Wow! At 2.8%, how can this have such a big aroma!? It's yeasty and slightly funky with a noticeable hoppiness that is earthy.
T-Outrageous amounts of flavor for a beer so low in alcohol. Funky, yeastiness and herbal, leafy hops. It's complex.
M-Refreshing. A water substitute. Dry finish.
O-One of ACBF's hidden gems. What a cool low ABV beer. A Mighty Mouse beer that I really enjoyed.
