Riverwalk Brewing

Larger room with garage doors leading to a back patio. You need to walk through the brewery to get to the back room.

There were 8 beers on tap with a decent variety, including one on nitro.

The food was bar food with a twist by using unusual ingredients and making everything from scratch. It was definitely a cut above.

 

 

The vibe of this place is excellent. No loud dogs or annoying babies. And the taproom is gigantic, so it will easily accommodate a busy weekend crowd.

The beer is solid. Nothing special but definitely worth trying.

Service is good. No issues getting a beer when I'm empty.

The selection is OK. Mostly hops and a few porters. Not bad.

Definitely a good place to hangout.

 

 

Everything is excellent here. Unfortunately, too many kids and strollers for me personally (and I'm a Father of two). I'm all for the communal hang but having toddlers running around just doesn't appeal to me personally. Not a deal-breaker because the people are nice and the vibe and beers are excellent. Just squashes the vibe at times. I go to these places for a break from kids ;-)
Doesn't prevent me from re-visiting though. Keep doing good work!

 

The new brewery on Parker St. is a absolutely awesome. High ceilings, open space, a great assortment of beers on tap and excellent service. If you plan to check it out, bring friends. The time I went there, there was at least 8 beers on tap. There is plans to open an outdoor patio, be sure to check out the website or the Twitter handle @RiverWalkBeer for all updates.
