On tap at Chinaski’s, Madrid.
Bright brass with smooth steady carpet. 4
Orange blossom flowers. 3.75
Slight caramel and shortbread the light lemon, pine, and lemongrass hops. 4
Light, soft, some oil. 4
Easy, but not sure how this is “American” or “bitter.” Aroma forward and fresh (kegged 3 weeks) just not heavy on oil + low IBUs, too, so… a session IPA at 6%? Low malts make it new school, but all this could be done at -1% ABV. Adding salty snacks brightens this up, with a lot of lime, honeydew and scratchy bitterness. 4
