Bough at a supermarket in Algorta (Spain). 330 ml bottle poured into a pint glass.

-Orange colour. Almost no foam head.
-Herbal smell, hemp in reality.
-Full bodied pilsener taste.
-Numbs the tongue. Good after taste, bitter.

Good pale ale, specially for Spain.

RBESG 2016 in Barcelona, shared bottle at Bodega Fermin. Golden colour. Fruity hops in the aroma. Fairly well hopped flavour, refreshing. Nice beer.

A beer that left me very infiferent. I found it too simple, with a style very defined l'etiqueta to put something in your mouth and in other notes. It seems like a beer to the general public wishing me but I was disappointed.

Tap @ Tegobi, Bilbao - Pours golden with a large white foamy head. Medium carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma - citrus to the fore - passion fruit/mandarin, hint of resin. Taste - citrus again - passionfruit, crisp bitter end. Lovely refreshing APA.

Had this at Le Mondial 2016.

A nice pale ale that is well rounded and even though not very hoppy, it still has some bite and is remarkably well balanced.

Clear light gold. Little to no head.
Mild pine smell. Some earthiness.
Initial bitterness dissipates to reveal floral and citrus hop.
Rather thin with low carbonation.

Pours clear amber into a tulip glass from a 330ml bottle. The white head is thin, frothy, and creamy, diminishing quickly.

The nose isn't strong, but you can discern some sweet orange, pineapple, white grapes, and light malts. The flavour is very much the same, it has a very white grape, clementine style flavour - those wet fruits - with some subtle malt, and fresh grass. There is a mild hop bitterness on the finish but its rather submissive compared to the rest.

It's very light, crisp, wet, and juicy in the mouth. The carbonation is minimal, and it quenches the thirst very well. It's the type of beer you'd happily drink in droves in the garden on a hot day.

I want to give this beer a lower score but I can't because although it doesn't deliver on the big flavour like some pale ales, it does offer a different style - wet and juicy. It has a freshness about it that you can't help but notice, and it does this without being watery. This is a highly sessionable beer which has enough flavour for you to appreciate, but a light, crispness that makes you want to down it.

Pours a golden colour, qieth a tow finger head that does not last quuite long, but leaves a good lace and ring. Aroma of papaya (intense), some citrus notes. Medium body, lively carbonation. Taste of papaya, citrus, peaches. There's a bit of unexpected sweetness too. Good.

Cascade and Simcoe

A properly hoppy lawnmower beer. Maris Otter shows up with a bit of butter, Simcoe is quiet except for a real 30 IBUs, the aroma is all Cascade citrus. Considering this was off the shelf at Dunnes (i.e. warm) for e2 and 2 months out from June.4 bottling, a bit of a stunner. Not a HR, but certainly a stand up double. 4.25

33cl on a shaker glass. Unimpressive head and lacing. Pinneaple, grapefruit and malts in the nose. Taste of citrusy hops and light malts. Thin body.

There is the tropical touch of West Coast Ales and lots of citrics, but you can also feel a hint of English character. The dry hoppy finish is never overpowering and seem to work great with the watery mouthfeel. Drinkability is great. I would love to have this fragrant light beer again by the pint.

From www.elcervecero.es. Playing KB Dark Side. Herbal flavor. Reminds me Sierra Nevada pale ale but softer. It has nearly no foam. Avg 3.61.

13 Nov 2016. Lavacagigante label. From tercertiempo. In Teku glass. After dinner. Much better than I remebered. Very bitter, citrusy, compensating watery body really well. Fresh and refreshing. Superb hoppy aroma. Avg 4.79.

5 Oct 2018. De Festival de las Naciones. En xopa Teku. Jugando a Avernum 5. Menos afrutada y lupulada de lo que la recordaba, con un punto metalico. De todas formas es facilmente terminable, aunque emociona menos
