Banana, spice and orange peel on the nose with light biscuit.
Pours orange tinted amber with a slight haze under a massive, rocky off-white persistent head that leaves clumps of lace.
A very light banana bread with orange, a dash of caramel, a splash of plum spiced with coriander with a couple shakes of pepper roll over the tongue in a very rich, creamy emulsion. the fruit flavors change with different aspects becoming more prominent as they move through the mouth.
A big creamy body supported by very fin soft carbonation make this beer a delight to drink.

Purchased from Warehouse Liquor in Duluth MN. Surprised to see this hadn't been added yet.
Poured into Lost Abbey Teku, served at 46 degrees, but she warmed up nicely.

Appearance: Definitely not transparent...beautiful rusty orange color with a very nice white thin head, about half a finger or so.

Smell: Really nice yeasty notes with a wonderfully sweet bouquet. Some nice grainy notes coming through with some sweet candy notes and tropical fruit.

Taste: Rich sweet body with great nice fruit and banana notes coming though. A yeasty character blends well with some sweetness.

Mouth: A thin feeling, yet fulfilling. It's pleasant, because it's not overly heavy or cloying.

Drink and Overall: Another really solid brew from Ken. Happy to have tried this, and will stock up any time I am in the Minnesota north woods.
