On-tap as of today, according to the 'tender on duty this afternoon. Pours a dark golden with a rather dense head, at least for this style. Smells of grain and malts, with a gentle sweet character. The taste is full of sweet grains and mildly roasted malts, while a subtle hop bitterness pops through towards the finish. Aftertaste is a bit nutty, with a lingering malt sweetness. Mouthfeel is light without much carbonation; quite heavy by this style's standards. Interesting to sample, especially if you're into the adjunct lager style. (Carolina's recipe specifies an all-malt recipe.)
