On draught at the brewery. It pours an opaque, dirty pastel yellow color with a half finger of foamy, eggshell-colored head and lacing. A rather subdued nose; mostly faint citrus and some malt in the background. It's taste is perfectly acceptable though hardly memorable. The bill of Mosaic, Cascade, and Amarillo provides notes of lemon, grapefruit, and a hint of berry. They call it an "East Coast Style IPA" but it has a lot of West Coast characteristics. The mouth feel is moderate and the carbonation level is fairly lively. At 6% ABV it's almost crushable. Overall, it's a totally acceptable American IPA - and it works well with the cuisine in the brewery - but it's hardly memorable.

Can dated 8/11/22 into pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy honey-gold with a persistent off-white head. Good lacing. Initial impression is citrus, grapefruit, and a hint of pine. Mouthfeel is a little thin, and carbonation is a bit too high for my tastes. Finish fades to citrus. Overall, not bad but not memorable.

Thanks to the old lady for bringing this back on a trip. Consumed November 2020 around the grill.
Pours full on amber. 1/2" off white head. The aroma seemed to be all bittering hops and caramel, might not be any dry hopping here. Alleged Mosaic hops in this? Seriously, maybe all of one hop cone, I can't sense it. Amarillo can usually drop some hoppy notes, and that isn't really here either. Cascade? Definitely. That grapefruit rind, caramel combo here all day. But it just doesn't have that SNPA satisfaction level.
Taste is an ample amount of bitterness and maltiness. Crystal malt seems somewhere around excessive. Cascade dominates the hop portfolio to the extent I legit question the breakdown of hops as Cascade 98%, Mosaic 1%, Amarillo 1%. Didn't display anything resembling tropical fruit, dank or berries.
I poured a few ounces of it on the corn. Not recommended even if no off flavors, that is unless you love only caramel and grapefruit rind, that is about all that is going on here.

Appearance: Pours a hazy, golden-amber body with a meager, wispy, off-white head.
Smell: Herbal black tea-leaf, lightly pithy citrus and spent grain boule.
Taste: Lightly toasted bread, a portion of damp grain and a twinge of sweet caramel. Herbal, rather tea-like, with a subtler citrusy, tangerine quality. Medium bitterness. Remains bitter through the lightly astringent finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: So-so.

Solid east-coast IPA. Slightly more on the malty side than hoppy. Very drinkable though and paired nicely with the jalapeƱo burger at their Pittsboro grill!
