On tap at the brewpub in Chapel Hill. Topped with an orange slice, awesome.
Hazy yellow in color with a small white head and some good lacing.
The aroma is rather typical, wheaty with orange peel (or maybe that's just the orange) and spices, with coriander and grains of paradise standing out.
Wheaty on the flavor and rather citric. Lemon and orange are big, with grains of paradise, coriander, and cumin evident.
Medium-light bodied and rather easy-drinking with average carbonation.
Not a bad beer considering the style. Was one of the least flawed beers I had at this brewpub.
