Served by brewery staff at NC Brewers and Music Fest.

"brewed with light and dark wheat malt and Munich malt for a rich mahogany color with a malty, bready, caramel flavor. It has high carbonation and finishes clean. The yeast adds clove, banana, and vanilla. Mild hop character from Hallertau. 12.9P and 5%abv" (CBC)

A: good looking dark amber color with a large bone head.

S: clear and strong impression of banana candy; not bad, but this is beer.

T: The banana is way too pronounced in the flavor too. Specifically, over-ripe (browned) banana.

M: Smooth; very good carbonation

O: I'd guess that this needs more malt; hard to believe they can get this much banana flavor from the yeast.
