Bottle: Poured a clear yellow color pils with a nice white foamy head with light retention and light lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with light leafy dry hops notes. Taste is a mix of cereal notes with light leafy hops notes with offset some of the residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Solid pils.

A 330ml bottle with a BB of Aug 2017, so it's just out of date. Acquired a little while back from a webshop. The label mentions that this is brewed with Czech and NZ hops.
A: Poured into a tulip. Bottle conditioned. A bright golden colour with faint haze and low carbonation. Yields a large head of creamy white foam that lasts for a minute or so before subsiding to a patchy surface layer. Slight lacing.
S: Aroma of light, grainy malt with hints of earthy lager yeast, subtle grass/hay, mild floral notes, a touch of herbs and faint honey. A balanced aroma suggestive of lengthy maturation; pretty good.
T: Tastes of light malt with notes of earthy lager yeast, mild grain, subtle grass/hay, faint floral notes, a twinge of leafiness and a whisper of honey. Dry, with a crisp, restrained bitterness upon swallowing.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth, tingly and dry, with soft carbonation and decent body. Could be livelier for the style. Aftertaste of subtle floral hops, light bitterness, mild grain and earthy yeast.
O: A pretty good pils. So-so looks; carbonation and head retention need work. Nice aroma and flavour - on the subtle side but balanced and well-matured. Body is OK but could be more textured. A solid effort in need of some light tweaking. Easy drinking and worth sampling.

This beer is unfiltered, as on pouring appears cloudy with some sediment.
Very crisp with a subtle sweetness, unlike most other classic pilsners.
Quite fruity with a dab of spice noticeable after a few gulps.
Decent.
