Cloudy amber in appearance with a thin, white foamy head on top & remains almost throughout.
Light bitter with some malts and a touch of fruit in the background that comes through quite strong. There is some definite citrus notes, a little mango and maybe even some passion fruit that give off a quite tropical aroma.
Mild hops to begin along with some light bitter flavours and a good hepling of summer and tropical fruits. There is some citrus and mango too.
Smooth, medium carbonation and a wet finish. There is a good balance between flavours and the finish has a lingering bitter taste although nothing too strong.
Very nice overall and a great light, summery beer that would make an excellent session ale. There is a good balance and plenty of fruity flavours to keep you interested.
