The pour is canary yellow. The taste is mainly bananas & wheat followed by some some clove spice. Cheers! A-

This is the best Weissbier I have ever had. In general I am not a fan of this style, but this beer was the exception. I especially loved the effervescence and pronounced banana and clove notes in the taste. I can't wait to drink this for a Weisswurstfrühstück.

Poured into a weizen glass. Pours a hazy, light golden amber with a fine, whipped cream textured three finger white head that continues to build for a while and finally leaving solid lacing. Aroma of wheat malt, wheat bran, clove, banana and hints of graham cracker. Flavor follows, with grainy heat malt, clove, graham cracker and banana. Medium bodied with moderate creaminess; nice mouth feel. A very pleasant hefeweizen that hits all the style points of the style. The taste is fine, but the flavor drops off a bit in the finish, leaving the husky wheat malt somewhat stark. Overall, one of the best hefeweizens I've tried in a while. Nicely done. This bottle is under its best by date, but probably has some age on it; I'd like to try this one fresh.

Thick and creamy white head that is really stable, lots of fine carbonation rising through the murky orange body
aroma is clove and bread and banana with just the right ripeness
taste is a mixture of spicy clove and typical banana esters, wheat tartness and even some hoppy bitterness towards the end
body is smooth with fine softly tingling carbonation
Very drinkable and delicious Hefeweizen. Perfect example of the style

L:
-pours a cloudy deep golden-orange with a medium to big, fluffy, white head
-medium to high carbonation visible
S:
-clove,banana,oranges,wheaty,spicy
T:
-Follows the nose + light acidity
-Finishes dry
F:
-medium carbonation
-medium body
O:
About right in the middle between the sweeter Hefeweizen Beers and the more acidic, wheaty ones.
It's also really full-bodied compared to most other wheat beers.
