Muted black with a steady, straight edged beige nitro head.
With a light nutty roast, this beer is pretty close to Guinness, but is more chocolatey.
The body is quite light, and not as hefty as it looked, with its thick, nitro appearance. There's also not as much malt as I'd have preferred.

Enjoyed from a growler from the brewery in a snifter. This VERY nice porter pours a dark brown mahogany with a moderate off white head of dissipating foam that forms a thick ring and light lacing. Nose of dark roasted malts, cocoa, caramel, and a touch of smoke. Flavors surpass the nose with flavors of cola and coca up front that blend into a dark roasted malt medley that finishes with a kiss of smoke and roasted malts. Medium carbonation, very smooth and lightly chewy with a subtle roasted malts aftertaste. Very nice.
Cheers

Tried this on tap locally earlier tonight. It was on special so I wasn't really expecting much, however this proved itself a very nice porter in my opinion. My favorite beer of the night.
Dark in color with nice foam. A malty, rich, straightforward porter. Very true to style and excellently done. Looking forward to trying more from this brewery.
