Empire pours a bronze color, with a small head. The aroma has notes of weakness with a creamy cereal. The flavor is a little bolder, with creamy, sweet cereal notes. Good feel.

16 oz Pokal at the brewery/restaurant.
L: SRM 3 Pours clear light gold with a thin white head, light steady carbo, light webby lacing.
S: A light aroma of grains, a hint of pear.
T: Lightly fruity, grains, a distant bready note, tastes are a bit muted.
F: Brisk medium-light bodied feel with a clean medium-fast finish.
O: A good beer that could use a tiny bit more dialing in as far as its tastes go. Pleasant enough and easy drinking.
