Fantastic use of rye in a very well done stout. A delicious and extremely drinkable beer.

Rye comes through clear, but not overpowering. Stout is rich but not thick. Maintains crisp beer feel.

Spicy rye dominates the aroma, blending well with roasted malt notes, and accentuating the contrast with slightly sweet chocolate malt.
Flavor is roast malt dominant, with sweet cocoa playing a close second. Peppery rye kicks in in the finish. There's a bit of fruity malt character that adds another, somewhat unwelcome, layer of flavor. There's a touch of diacetyl that creeps in late. In the end, it's sweeter and more cocoa dominant than expected.
