Big tequila and lime aroma. There's a touch of Belgian yeast must. Peach and pear become evident.
Flavor is sweeter and maltier than I expected. Almost tastes like wort, with lots of caramel. Alcohol is actually somewhat hidden by the sweetness. Tequila character weaves throughout. Can't wait to try this with some sourness. Pear and bruised apple emerge late.
