Riah Jane Rye Stout

Enjoyed from the growler via DEPS in NKY. This nice stout pours a deep blackish brown with a moderate head of foam that settles to a thin ring, subtle layer, and light lacing. Nose of dark sweet chocolate, subtle char, subtle spicy rye, and caramel malts. Flavors surpass the nose with sweet dark chocolate and cola on the front and sides that mingles nicely with a spicy rye note that carries on into the back with a subtle hops note and spicy rye finish. Nice mouth feel, medium to full mouth feel with moderate carbonation making this an excellent session stout.
