Our take on a light Mexican lager is crisp with a pleasant cracker like malt character with notes of corn and a low amount of hops to create a quenching and sessionable lager.

Hops: Magnum
Malt: Pilsner, flaked corn
Yeast: Lager

Crisp, clean, nicely carbonated. Great representation of the style. Pours a hazy yellow with a small head. Laces nicely. Little aroma. Slight hops with a pleasant corn aftertaste. This is what I always wanted Corona to taste like - and never has. Good, refreshing beer.

12oz can stamped 01/28/21 poured into a vintage bowtie glass at fridge temp 4.6% ABV. The beer pours bright very light straw yellow with nearly white head. The head recedes to a pencil thin ring and partial cover of tiny bubbles. The aroma is faint with a hint of grain and yeast. The taste is semisweet pale malt and pleasant dried corn with nearly no bitterness and only the slightest hint of a grassy hops. The mouthfeel is thin bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Very clean, no obvious flaws. Overall, very good AAL. The brewer's website listed pils malt & flaked corn as the entire mash bill. That said, very refreshing and tasty for such a light beer.

Very clean beer. This is an American Mexican lager. It's got a great flavor. Pleasant to the nose and great when it hits the pallet. Great with any Mexican dish.

I got this off the single shelf from a Kroger just down the road from south metro ice in Dayton,OH. It poured a slightly hazy yellow with thin white head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with hint of lemon. the mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's an ok beer.
