I drank this during the pandemic, but my notes say it had decent hop and tasted good, though it was not spectacular. I expect more with this kind of abv. The brewery does not seem to repeat the chapters, though I guess they could brew it again for the brewpub.

It’s sort of hit or miss with me with this Lexington brewery and this one is a definite hit. Part of a rotating “experimental” series, this one has a lot to like.
L: light amber with a generous milky head.
S: sweet and citrusy, tropical fruits, berries.
T: starts sweet malty then citrus/pine hop bitterness jumps up just like I want. Finishes clean and dry with lingering hoppy bite.
F: plenty of carbonation in this medium bodied beer.
O: very solid IPA and at 7.5 ABV a great choice to sip and enjoy.

Do not adjust your set, this beer is supposed to be this bright. Backed with the hops of Cashmere, Ekuanot, Mosaic and Galaxy, West Sixth's near imperial Rotator Series takes the tastebuds to a whole new frequency.
Hop Static, Ch. 2 pours exitedly with a breaming light amber hue. Its frothy eggshell cap yields a fruit forward medley of tropical, citrus, berry and spruce along with a light herbal grassy scent. Its malty upstart is light and savory with a toasted nuttiness, light caramel and honey.
As the grain sweetness begins to recede, its the hops that leap our with a radiant and snappy taste of orange, pink grapefruit, mango, passionfruit, currant and red berries before trending bitter. Developing a crisp and acute hop bite as the beer embarks upon the late palate, the spicy bitterness of cedar, pine, sun tea and sassafras begin to rise.
Medium bodied yet trending dry, spicy and continuing bitter, the finish is snappy, sharp and pleasantly bitter with a mix of orange peel and curacao spice pending. A long and bitter aftertaste easily outlasts any malt influence, bringing muddled fruit peels and freshly shaven spruce along with it.
