Yellow and hazy but not unfiltered, this wheat gives off a proud appearance with a bright hue and fluffy head.

The aroma is clovey at first but yields a banana, apricot finish. Malt or bread can be found but a soft fruitiness is most evident.

The taste is smooth and easy clove but the banana fruitiness prevails. Malt breadiness stays throughout but the banana-fruitiness wins out. That banana/apricot taste tends to be my favorite in this style and its nice to see this offering from West Sixth go in that direction.
